a person performing the activities of an agency; It is a person, usually an agent’s employee who personally performs the activities of an agent entrusted to such an agent by insurer or insurers; these activities may cover the following: gaining clients, preparatory activities aimed at concluding an insurance agreements, conclusion of insurance agreements and participation in the administration and performance of insurance agreements, also in lawsuits concerning indemnities, as well as organizing and supervising the activities performed by agencies.
