The event will take place on 16 June 2015 in Radisson Blu Hotel at ul. Grzybowska 24 in Warsaw between 09.00 a.m. and – 04.00 p.m. The seminar is addressed to people in charge of reinsurance, law firm employees, underwriters, and reinsurance brokers.

On 21 May 2015, the Polish Insurance Association in collaboration with KPMG is organising a seminar entitled: “Internal audit responsibilities emerging from the guidance given by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the role of internal audit in the assessment of internal models and fraud risk management”.

On 2 December 2014, the Polish Insurance Association in collaboration with Deloitte organised a seminar related to tax and legal issues entitled: “Taxes in the insurance industry”.

On 16 December 2014, the Polish Insurance Association in collaboration with KPMG organised an accounting seminar entitled: “The closing of accounting ledgers according to Polish and international accounting standards”.

The VI Bancassurance Convention took place in the Holiday Inn hotel in Józefów near Warsaw on 23 to 24 October 2014.

On 23 September 2014, the Conference regarding liquidation of material damage from liability insurance (OC) ppm agreements, organized by the Association of Polish Judges ‘Iustitia’, the Insurance Ombudsman, the Polish Insurance Association and the Polish Chamber of Automotive Industry took place.

On 17 June 2014, an international scientific conference “ICF – A New Look at Humanity” was held in the headquarters of the Polish Social Insurance Fund (ZUS). The conference was organised by the Polish Association of Medical Certification (PTOL).

Polish Insurance Association organised a seminar “New Challenges and Innovations in Reinsurance.” The event took place on 10 June 2014 in the Mercure Hotel Warszawa Centrum at ul. Złota. 48/54 between 10.00 and 15.30. 

Conference “Legal Protection Insurance as the Method of Financing Legal Services in Europe” took place in Warsaw on 3 June 2014. It was co-organised by PIU and RIAD – an association of the insurers offering legal protection insurance – International Association of Legal Protection Insurance.

The academic conference “Mandatory insurance legal system – premises and orientations of the reforms” will take place on 15 May 2014 at the hotel Novotel in Warsaw. The purpose of the Conference is to exchange the views concerning the mandatory insurance legal system, as well as its premises and the direction of its evolution.
